1.What type of artwork do you exhibit at allartistsgallery.com ?

Allartistsgallery.com exhibits original art created by talent artists in the United States and around the world .

2. Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within 2 days of sale. Once your artwork is shipped, we will email you with the UPS OR FEDEX tricking number, remember that the shipping is free, other factor will be on which country you work is ship from and where the shipping is going.

3.May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
Allartistsgallery.com offers a five -day money back guarantee on all artwork with in the United States, In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within five days of receiving the order. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the price of the art and pay for the return shipping. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. At this time, there are no returns on special orders(International Orders), artwork that is altered at the request of the customer, or orders shipped outside of the United States.

4. How do I return a piece of artwork?
The return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original box and contact us info@allartistsgallery.com or call (1888 628 1554 . We will then issue you a prepaid UPS shipping label to affix to the box and ship from any UPS or FEDEX Store location. Items must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX within seven days of receiving the order. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at info@allartistsgallery.com or (1888 628 1554). Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are happy to ship artwork to any destination in the world, remember it will take longer depending of which country is ship from.

7. How is the cost of shipping calculated?
Shipping is Free (for a limited time)

Artwork is priced using artist input and the expertise of our curators. When artists submit digital images of their work, they are asked to enter desired prices for each piece. That price is then compared to allartistsgallery.com curator appraisal. We take pride in our ability to fairly and accurately price art.

1. How do I exhibit my artwork at allartistsgallery.com?
Applying for allartistsgallery.com representation is a simple process. Click on Submit Art, you will be asked to complete a profile page, answer questions for an artist statement, and upload your digital images of your art. Upon receiving your application, our board of curators will review your work and we will notify you within 2 days with a decision.

2. Does it cost money to exhibit my work for sale at allartistsgallery.com?
No. allartistsgallery.com covers the cost of displaying your art. It is allartistsgallery.com’s goal to provide promising new artists a platform on which to build their art careers.

3. Is there a commission on the sale of my artwork?
It is free to exhibit your artwork at allartistsgallery.com . We receive a commission on the sale of each piece of art. The commission is put in promotional activities such as art postcards, art fairs, magazines, print and online advertising in the United States and around the World . This is an essential part of promoting you.

4. How do I know when my artwork is sold? What do I do once it is sold my artwork?
Once your art is sold, you will receive an email and/or telephone call notifying you of the sale and the order number. Simply take the sold piece of art and the order number to a designated UPS or FEDEX Store within 48 hours. That is all you have to do! You Must pay for packaging your work(make sure that is pack professional). We will pay for the shipping any where in the world

5. What type of artwork do you exhibit?
allartistsgallery.com is currently accepting applications for all two-dimensional and three-dimensional mediums.
6. How do I submit more art if I am already exhibiting my work at allartistsgallery.com ?
You can go to our web site www.allartistsgallery.com and click submit art or email images at info@allartistsgallery.com . The image must be in focus, true to the color of the art, and at least 72dpi (770 pixels). Remember to submit images that you will have for sale.

7. How are you marketing my artwork?
allartistsgallery.com is committed to your art career. The commission we earn is put into marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. We market your work at art fairs, special exhibitions, and through print and online advertising. Allartistsgallery.com gets your name and your artwork exposed to the global art market.

8. Should I have to sign each piece in a particular location?
All artwork should be signed in a location that will be visible once the piece is matted and framed.

9. If I exhibit my work at allartistsgallery.com, may I seek other gallery representation?
allartistsgallery.com has the exclusive right to the artwork displayed on the website. This prevents the risk of selling the same piece of art to two different parties

10. How do I get paid once my art is sold?
We will mail you a check or a bank transfer for the sale of your artwork. Checks or bank transfer are mailed on Fridays. We wait eight to 12 days after the customer receives the artwork to send payment. This is because we offer a five-day money back guarantee and we wait six days to make sure that they are not going to return it. You can roughly figure out when we will mail your check by using the tracking number that the UPS or FEDEX Store gives you to see when the piece is delivered to the customer.

11. What happens if I sell a piece of art independently that I currently have exhibited at Ugallery.com?
You affiliation with allartistsgallery.com will be terminated immediately. This action is potentially damaging to your reputation and to allartistsgallery.com. Your patrons trust you; do not disappoint them.
